Eight storey office, partly residential building. Built to HQ of International Trade Commercial Bank in between 1971-1977 (other source 1975). Planned by Budapest City Building Planning Office (BUVÁTI). Architect: Albert Kis(s) (1933, Heves-2020) - 7-11 Szent István Square/13 Sas Street, Lipótváros neighborhood, District V of Budapest.

Irodaház, lakóház kész nyolcemeletes saroképület, udvar felőli oldala. Egykori 'Dollárház' Tervező: 1969-1973-ban Kis/Kiss Albert (1933, Heves-2020), Ybl díjas Fővárosi Városépítő Tervező Kft. /akkoriban Budapesti Városépítési Tervező Iroda (BUVÁTI)./ építésze, várostervező Info: urbanistak.hu/kiss-albert . Építés éve: 1971 - 1977 (máshol 1975). Külker Bank Székháznak épült.
