English:
Two storey L-shaped corner building with a one storey courtyard wing. Eclectic style. Built in 1883 (completed 1884?). Architect: Viktor Bachó. Gates in middle of the facades. Avant-corps. Staircases with wrought iron railings and decorated with ornamental painting. Corbel supported acces balconies wrought iron railings. Listed. - 8 Széchenyi Square=26 Tisza Lajos Boulevard, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.
Magyar:
Egykor Jermey-ház. Eklektikus, épült 1883/1884. Bachó Viktor építész, kivitelezésért felelős Erdélyi Mihály. Téglalap alakú telekre épült az L alaprajzú kétemeletes sarokház, az egyemeletes udvari szárnnyal udvart zár be. Homlokzata a körútra 1(iker)+3+K+3+1(iker), a sugárútra és a tér felé 1(iker)+7+1(iker)+K+1(iker)+7+1(iker) tengely, rizalitokkal. A földszinten íves záródású üzletsor. Az első emeleten az ablakszemöldökök timpanonosak, a másodikon ívesek. A fő- és oldalbejárat kapualjából jobbra nyíló lépcsőházak mennyezetén díszítő festés. A főlépcsőházban a kovácsoltvas korlát rozettás, a kör alakú sarok lépcsőházban csigás díszű. A kovácsoltvas korlátos függőfolyosókat kőkonzolok tartják. - A kétemeletes épület Dorozsmai Jerney Mihály részére épült. Főlépcsőházában téglalap alakú, sarok lépcsőházában kerek mezőjű díszítő festés készült.
