Captain, 5th Cheshire Regiment attached to the Royal Flying Corps, who was killed whilst engaged in the aerial defence of London 23rd March 1918 aged 23.He was the son of John Percival (Solicitor and Notary)and Margaret Alice nee Geddes of Leighton Banastre, Parkgate, Cheshire He is buried in Neston Cemetery, Cheshire
