Summary
[edit]DescriptionSwing Bridge and ferry in motion.jpg |
English: The Marina Swing Bridge at Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town, South Africa. This pedestrian bridge is an example of how small swing bridges may be pivoted only at one end, opening as would a gate, but that does require substantial underground structure to support the pivot.
