Summary
[edit]DescriptionSwindon to Gloucester railway near Frampton Mansell - geograph.org.uk - 581655.jpg |
English: Swindon to Gloucester railway near Frampton Mansell This view is a foreshortened one from the public footpath that crosses the track here. The line runs through a deep and steep-sided cutting that has been prone to slippage for many years. At left of the tunnel portal we can see the work that has been done to stabilise the cutting. Note also the presence of the ubiquitous Buddleia bush just in front of the control box. |
