| Description |
English: 7.30 am and the swimmers are half way through the first leg of the Iron Man Wales triathlon event. After swimming round a 1.9km course in the bay, the swimmers leave the water (to the right of the Gosker Rock as we look) run through the blue gate and re-enter the water on the other side of the rock to complete the second lap of the swim.
After completing the swim, the competitors will undertake a 112 mile (180km) bike race and finish with a marathon (26.2 miles) on the roads of Pembrokeshire. |
