In den letzten Jahren ist durch Henke1 die Frage aufgewörferi worden, ob derDimndarm2 eine konstante Lage in dem Bauchrauine einnimnit, eine Frage, die, sowohl vomtopographisch-anatomischen, wie vora praktisch-medicinischen Gesichtspunkte gesehen, sehrwichtig ist. Die Frage ist später durch Sernow und Weinberg behandelt worden, ohnedadurch, wie ieli weijter unten zeigen werde, zu ihrer Lösung gebracht worden zu sein.Als ich die HENKEsche Abhandlung las, kam mir der Gedanke, dass die Lösung dieserAufgabe vielleicht durch das Studium der Dunndarmentwicklung möglich wäre.
