| Description |
English: Sweet street West railway bridge. The Sweet street West railway bridge was closed to traffic in 1979 when a double decker bus smashed into the bridge. That was the last in a long series of bridge strikes by over-height vehicles, including buses and lorries. Almost 30 years later it has finally been re-opened.
