Summary
[edit]DescriptionSwedish Navy Nord SS.11 1958 V17001.jpg |
English: Nord Aviation SS.11 missiles, mounted on the Swedish Navy torpedo boat HMS Antares (T109), docked at Karlskrona Naval Base.
Despite the SS.11 being an anti-tank missile, it was used by the Swedish Navy as an anti-ship missile, with the purpose of taking out Warsaw Pact landing crafts, making it the smallest anti-ship missile in the world. The SS.11 was designated as the Robot 53 by the Swedish Navy. |
