Description
Svenska: Tobaksmiljardären och "Norrköpingskungen" John Swartz byggde sitt palats i kvarteret Knäppingsborg. Där hade han fabriken vars kvarnar drevs med vattenkraft. Bostadshuset t v kompletterades med en kontorsbyggnad med stark italiensk influens. Övre våningen är en belvedere med fantastisk utsikt över Strömmen - då komplexet stod klart 1842 ännu en serie vattenfall med kungsådran öppen. Idag en fin utsikt över Hästskodammen med sitt hästskoformade vattenfall.
