English: View of Sverresborg Trøndelag Folk Museum and parts of Byåsen, Trondheim, seen towards south and east from the ruins of King Sverre's medieval castle: Lo kirke (local church erected 1615, rebuilt 1921) etc.


Trøndelag Folk Museum is an open-air and cultural history museum with more than 60 buildings in the area surrounding "Sverresborg", the ruins of King Sverre's medieval castle (small fortress), in Trondheim, Norway. Photo taken on a sunny spring day in April 2019.
Norsk bokmål: Utsikt sørvestover fra «Borgen», ruinene etter kong Sverres borg, på Trøndelag Folkemuseum: en lavvo, Lo kirke med mer. Trøndelag Folkemuseum er et kulturhistorisk friluftsmuseum med by- og bygdevdelinger på området rundt ruinene av kong Sverre Sigurdssons borg på på Sverresborg på Byåsen i Trondheim. KIrkebygningen ble reist i 1615 i Lo i Åsen i Levanger, ble gjenreist på Sverresborg 1921 og fikk rekonstruert interiør. Foto tatt en solfylt vårdag i april 2019.
