| Description |
English: Sutturu is located in the Nanjangud taluk of Mysore district. It is 13 km from the town of Nanjangud and 28 km from Mysore by road.The village was called Srotriyur in inscriptions from the 11th century AD. Temples dedicated to Shiva and Vishnu, dating from the Chola and the Hoysala periods have been found in the village. |
