English: Fragments of of a crushed 4 gram meteorite (SM2) belonging to the Sutter's Mill meteorite, which is thought to be a rare CM type carbonaceous chondrite. The fragments were obtained from the parking lot of Henningsen Lotus Park in Lotus, California, near Sutter's Mill, by astronomer Peter Jenniskens. The white specks are calcium aluminium inclusions. |
