Suthora bulomachus
Illustration of the bird "Suthora bulomachus", or Formosan Netgamble, currently referred to as Paradoxonris webbianus bulomachus, or Vinous-throated Parrotbill, a native of Taiwan. This birds was first described by Robert Swinhoe (1836-1877) in the article which accompanies this illustration in the journal Ibis, new series, vol. 2, 1866.
