English: Surgeon's Licence belonging to Manuel de Sá de Mattos, issued in the name of King Joseph I of Portugal by António Soares Brandão, Surgeon of the Royal Chamber, of His Armies, and High-Surgeon of His Realms. Dated 5 July 1762.
Português: Carta de cirurgião dada a Manuel de Sá de Mattos, e passada em nome de El -Rei D.José I, por Antonio Soares Brandão, Cirurgião da sua Câmara Real, dos seus Exercitos e Cirurgião - Mór dos seus Reinos. Dada e passada em esta Corte e Cidade de Lisboa aos 5 de Julho de 1762.
