(Note: NARA states this photo is of "Base: Tumon Bay". The fact that there are many surfers, the shape of the rock breakwater, the color of the sand, and the location of the restroom building in the back all indicate that this was taken from the viewpoint on the north side of Talofofo Bay looking down, not Tumon Bay, which has no comparable location.)
