English: Supports for the new slipway These precast supports for the new lifeboat slipway are very reminiscent of the work of the celebrated St Ives sculptor, Dame Barbara Hepworth. Through the 'round window' can be seen the current lifeboat, the Norman Salvesen, moored in the bay whilst the works are in progress. |
