| Description |
Русский: Приведено трехмерное АСМ изображение торца полупроводниковой пластины со сверхрешеткой (слева) и соответствующее распределение поверхностного потенциала (справа). Сверхрешетка представляет собой чередующиеся слои 40% AlGaAs/GaAs на подложке арсенида галлия.
Изображения получены с помощью атомно-силового микроскопа SmartSPM, AIST-NT. Для визуализации поверхностного потенциала использован метод зонда Кельвина.English: 3D AFM image of the end of the wafer with a superlattice (left) and the corresponding distribution of the surface potential (right). A superlattice is formed by alternating layers of 40% AlGaAs / GaAs on a GaAs substrate. Images obtained by atomic force microscope SmartSPM, AIST-NT. To visualize the surface potential we used Kelvin probe force microscopy. |
