Description

The southwest corner of Superior Avenue and East 6th Street. The crowds on the street are watching the bulletin board on the Cleveland Leader building for the baseball score. Message displayed: Schulte scores, Chance up, strike 1, strike 2, raining again, out at first. A man sits above the crowd on a chair in front of the chalk board, which displays American League on the left and National League, Tigers, on the right. Signs on the Leader building read Ohio's greatest newspaper, Leader wants bring results, Leader wants work wonders. Other businesses visible are the Baltimore Dairy lunch on the right and the United Clothing Stores on the left.
