Description
English: The 5 meter high anchor stands near the former Lago gate leading to Seroe Colorado. It is said to come from an oil tanker, possibly "Esso Le Havre". The anchor was found and salvaged. In 1985, the anchor, on behalf of the owner of Charlie's Bar in San Nicolas (Charlie Brouns, Jr.), was placed as a monument dedicated to all sailors ("All Seamen"). After the death of Charlie Brouns Jr. in 2004, the anchor was refurbished and rededicated to all sailors in memory Charlie Brouns, Jr.
