| Description |
English: Sunadal A sense of humour? Some glen, even though it is drained by a burn. Grass steeper than a roof and over 300m of it. Very painful to ascend and rather scary to descend.
The eastern route up Mullach an Eilean, only open until about mid April, when the puffins return to their burrows. One or two were flying about, prospecting. The hillside is grazed by Boreray sheep, left behind when Hirta was evacuated in 1930. The crag in the background is occupied by nesting gannets. |
