Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents

Mameluke Flag over Cairo according to the Catalan Atlas c.1375 created by James Dahl. The golden banner is supposedly identical to the Ayyubid banner, however my own research has shown that the Ayyubids made use of much more elaborate designs. I have no information on the reverse 'c' device, though it may have only been used on banners over Cairo. All Mameluke flags shared the golden colour and the rounded swallowtail.

File:Mameluke Flag.svg is a vector version of this file. It should be used in place of this PNG file when not inferior.

The main source pointing to this design is the Catalan Atlas, which as a historical primary source cannot be considered a reliable reference, especially if it is the only source used. This image should not be added to articles without clearly indicating its speculative nature.
