Description
English: This is an almost complete shot of the mausoleum from outside. There are a lot of things around to see like the cenotaph of Iltutmish's other sons, two huge wells, an old open prayer area(mosque), khanqah, etc.

There were kids playing cricket and other games around the tomb. It is quite a lively place. People from nearby villages come here to pray especially on Thursdays which is considered an auspicious day. A person who came here to pray offered us prasad!

The best thing about this place for me was that Hindus and Muslims both come here to pray. Their belief binds them together and it's good to see that their faith in something and someone unites them.
