One storey eclectic corner building. Farkas Ferenc Music and Golden Ratio Elementary School of Art. Local garde listed building. Named after noble Ferenc Farkas de galántha. - House history memorial plaque: ~"Sugár Road 18 building of local importance. In 1886 widow János Csima (Mária Hayden) received permission to build her house. Here was the office of the Urban Farmers' Circle, but also the local group of the Hungarian Worker's Association for the Disabled and Retired. After the death of Mrs. Csimán in 1908, the owners of the house changed rapidly, until in 1939 when the city bought it for its music school and had the apartment of the current mayor of the city built in it. //The memorial plaque was erected participants of the July 2020. 29th, in the history of Women in Nagykanizsa library discussion" - Sigmund Romberg plaque Ferenc Farkas plaqe-relief on its facade - 18 Sugár Road, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

A márvány tábla alsó részén a következő felírat olvasható: "Nulla dies sine linea", egy nap se múljék el vonás nélkül; Plinius idézet - Homlokzatán: Sigmund Romberg domborműves emléktáblája (Felállítás 2010., Ádám Krisztián (ötvösművész), alumínium-szilícium ötvözet). Romberg portréja, valamint dalszövegei szerepelnek rajta. - Háztörténei emléktábla: "Sugár út 18 helyi jelentőségű épület. 1886-ban kapta engedélyét a háza építésér özv. Csima Jánosné (Hayden Mária). Itt müködött a városi gazdakör, de a Magyarországi Munkások Rokkant- és Nyugdíjas Egyletének helyi csoportkója is.
