Reason for the nomination:
All those files are carelessly copied from flickr EPA/NARA accounts - but the full collection has already been uploaded to Commons by the 2011 US National Archives upload. Those files here are not only redundant, they also have stronger compression, and only a fraction of the metadata compared to the original uploads.

The originals are easily found by looking at categories such as "DOCUMERICA photographs by XXX", where they will be next to each other.

Much of that land is now used for farming and ranching the Westmoreland Coal Company wants to strip mine. Redding and other Sarpy Basin ranchers are refusing to sell their land, 06/1973
