| Description |
Українська: Залежність гемопоетичної стовбурової клітин від контакту із стромальною клітиною. Спрощена схема взаємодії між гемоцитобластом та стромальною клітиною (остеобластом). Взаємодія відбувається за участі рецепторної тирозин кінази Kit на поверхні гемоцитобласта та її ліганда на поверхні стромальної клітини. Якщо гемоцитобласт втрачає контакт із стомою він змушений диференціюватись або загинути шляхом апоптозу. Проте невелика кількість функціональних кровотвірних стовбурових клітин може бути знайдена і у вільому стані в крові. |
