The Striated pardalote, (Pardalotus striatus), is a small, breeding resident of 7th Brigade Park, Chermside. It nests in tunnels drilled into the banks of Downfall and Beor Street Creeks.

Description
English: The Striated pardalote, (Pardalotus striatus), is a small, breeding resident of 7th Brigade Park, Chermside. It nests in tunnels drilled into the banks of Downfall and Beor Street Creeks. The Striated pardalote forages high in the tree canopies and is most easily observed as it flies to and from its tunnel. Its three note call can be heard almost anywhere along Downfall Creek during daylight hours.
