| Description |
English: Straight streets, Belfast (4). See 1164466. High Street is another of the straight streets but for a different reason. Much of it is built on land reclaimed (eastward from the traffic island) from the Lagan during the mid-18th century and thus predates Lord Donegall's re-building of central Belfast. |
