English: One of two statues of lions in front of Stortinget, the Parliament of Norway in Oslo, by Christopher Borch and prisoners from Akershus fortress; Gulbrand Eriksen Mørstad and Sivert. Erected in 1866. Photo taken on a winter afternoon in February 2020.
Norsk bokmål: Den ene av to løveskulpturer i hver ende av Løvebakken foran Stortinget i Oslo. Skulpturen blei hogd ut av straffangene/slavene Gulbrand Eriksen Mørstad og Sivert etter tegninger av bildehoggeren Christopher Borch. Løvene stod ferdige til den nye Stortingsbygningen i 1866. Bildet er tatt en vinterettermiddag i februar 2020 med lav sol og ingen snø på bakken.
