Description
English: Stone Cliff and Flowing Stream is the main scenic spot in the All-Flower Garden. According the Yangzhou Huafang Lu, it was one of the 24 Scenes of Qinghu Lake, and was the villa of Qing Dynasty salt merchant Xu Shiye. The scenic spot today is designed by Chnese Academy of Engineering member Meng Zhaozhen. It's famous for the flowing stream and the artificial hill.
