English: Stockport To The Sea The ironwork inscribed "Flowing Clear From Stockport To The Sea" overlooks the confluence of the rivers Goyt and Tame to form the Mersey under the shadow of the M60 (formerly M63) motorway.
It was erected in 1994 as part of a project by Mind Stockport and Lancashire Hill Residents. |
