| Description |
English: Stoat Trap across Fossdale Gill. This area is the largest in the Pennines dedicated to the repopulation of the Black Grouse. Stoats pose a serious threat to the survival of young grouse and grouse eggs. The idea is that the stoat uses the log to cross the stream, in doing so he is forced to go through the wire tunnel. Inside the wire tunnel is, essentialy, a large unavoidable mousetrap. |
