Description

The sight that ripped my heart out. I never thought to see such a poignent sight at my home shed although we were well used to working engines to Ashford or Clapham Junction to hand over for scrapping. Here ex London Brighton & South Coast Railway K class mogul, number 32347 has been savaged by the scrapman in the yard of Stewarts Lane shed.

Camera: Ilford Sportsman 35mm.
