| Description | The station sign on the main (and only) platform at Tanjung Aru station. The Malay says 'Stesen Tanjung Aru'. Don't you love those Malay spellings-- stesen for station! No services were operating at the time I visited, and we had to make a special request to a security guard to go inside the station and take a look at the train parked there. I offered him a tip after my visit, but he refused. (Kota Kinabalu, East Malaysia, Nov. 2013) |
