Summary
[edit]DescriptionStern paddler on the Oxford Canal - geograph.org.uk - 1412288.jpg |
English: Stern paddler on the Oxford Canal The Oxford Canal is not a 'fashionable' waterway like the Thames (if you are one of the 'cheps' you call it the Isis) or the Cherwell, although there is a little-used navigable connection through from the Oxford Canal to the Thames.
In this photograph, part of the unusual Italianate St. Barnabas' Church can also be seen. |
