Webster, Third Army/U.S. Army Central commanding general, and Sgt. 1st Class Christopher Bell, Third Army/USARCENT Maintenance noncommissioned officer in charge, lay a wreath at a war memorial in honor of fallen heroes from the Bolshevik Revolution, World War II, and the Afghanistan War, in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Sept. 25. The wreath laying ceremony followed the multinational exercise, Steppe Eagle in which participants from the British, U.S. and Kazakhstan militaries worked together, improving staff functions, the military orders process, and battle tracking. |
