| Description |
English: Step this way, east of Cherry Burton, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. This shows the rough steps down to a section of the Hudson Way footpath near Cherry Burton golf course. The 11 mile path, named after George Hudson a railway pioneer of the 19th century, traces the route of the dismantled Beverley to Market Weighton railway, opened in 1865 and closed one hundred years later. The bridge over which the Cherry Burton to Leconfield road runs can be seen in the photo. |
