MIAMI, Fla. (July 14, 2015) Steel Worker 1st Class Jesse Hamblin, assigned to Underwater Construction Team 2 (UCT-2), makes a vertical fillet weld on a half inch steel plate. Members of UCT-2 are attending a 10-day underwater welding course provided by Hydroweld, in order to develop techniques required to weld in accordance with the American Welding Society, wet welding standards.
