Clausen, State Auditor 6 Governor [ Roland H. ] Hartley PH Coll 461.310The State Capitol Committee consisted of the governor (at right), the state auditor (2nd from right), and the state land commissioner (4th from right). It was a more efficient version of its predecessor, the State Capitol Commission, which had included five members. The State Capitol Committee was responsible for overseeing the timely completion of the Legislative Building.
