Description
English: By Marsh's Dairy on Cressbrook Station, Brisbane River, ca. 1896.
The Aerial tramway can be seen crossing the Brisbane River on Cressbrook Station. The original pastoralists John and David McConnel farmed the land and ran beef cattle. Later they established a condensed milk factory in the area. The original homestead at Cressbrook is still standing, and is still owned by the McConnel family, the fourth generation of ownership.
