| Description |
English: Start of track from Oldington Bridge to Wilden, at Oldington This is the beginning of a track from Oldington Bridge on the Staffs & Worcs Canal to Wilden (ending adjacent to Wilden Pool). The track is tarmaced here so that vehicles can go round the corner to what appears to be some kind of water pumping (?)station. But shortly after that point, it turns into a narrow path impossible for motor vehicles to use, though much further on it widens out again. There is a public right of way on foot along the whole length. Sadly just round the corner from this photo is a favourite spot for fly-tippers despite the municipal refuse tip being very nearby. Going over the bridge in the other direction there is a road going through a small industrial estate which exits onto the A451 road.
