| Description |
English: Start of footpath The sign, located beside Barnego Road, indicates that the public footpath leads to Carron Glen and to Fankerton.
See 1768962 for another view of the junction. Not far along the footpath, there is an information panel, which illustrates and names various features in the Carron Glen. At that point, although the main route continues to the glen, a path branches off to the left. The latter is a right of way to Stoneywood; see 1830664. As for the road, it continues towards Middle Barnego (a farm); then, as a track, it leads to 418837, and beyond. |
