Description
English: Stanisław Skrypij (1914-1943) – Polish architect and communist. During the period of Nazi-German occupation of Poland he was a member of “Polska Partia Robotnicza” (Polish Worker’s Party) and its armed wing, “Gwardia Ludowa” (People’s Guard). Commandant of the “Warsaw-City District” of “Gwardia Ludowa”. Arrested by the Gestapo and murdered in Pawiak prison in Warsaw in May 1943.
Polski: Stanisław Skrypij (1914-1943) – architekt, działacz komunistyczny. W czasie niemieckiej okupacji pełnił funkcję komendanta Okręgu Warszawa Miasto Gwardii Ludowej, pozostając zarazem członkiem Komitetu Wojewódzkiego Polskiej Partii Robotniczej. Aresztowany przez Gestapo w maju 1943 i wkrótce później zamordowany na terenie więzienia Pawiak.
