Description
Русский: Штандарт Губернатора представляет собой полотнище квадратной формы яркого сине-голубого цвета, несущее посередине изображение герба автономного округа в многоцветном варианте в особой стилизации и без орнаментированной ленты в подножии. По периметру полотнище несёт бело-сине-красную орнаментальную кайму, соответствующую орнаменту на вышеназванной ленте и в композиции флага автономного округа. Кайма воспроизведена ровным краем наружу и выступами внутрь. В каждом из углов на белом фоне орнаментальные выступы дополнены золотистыми флямами (стилизованными языками пламени), обращенными от центра полотнища. С трёх сторон (кроме стороны у древка) полотнище дополнено синей бахромой. Обратная сторона полотнища зеркально воспроизводит лицевую.
