Description
Русский: Квадратное полотнище, горизонтально разделенное на белую, золотисто - желтую и красную полосы в соотношении 1:2:1, в центре которого помещено изображение полного герба Рязанской области. Три стороны полотнища, кроме той, которая крепится к древку (или флагштоку), имеют узкую золотую кайму и обшиты, поверх нее, такой же бахромой, согласно утвержденному изображению. Древко штандарта вверху имеет бронзовое (латунное) фигурное навершие.
