I Serve the Fatherland and the Spetsnaz by Yuri Orlov (born 1957). 2002. The painting depicts the presentation of the crimson beret. The crimson beret is considered as the higher encouragement for the servicemen of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs spetsnaz and is presented after hard qualifying tests. The stamp of Russia, 31.00 ₽, 29 November 2016, PTC Marka Catalogue No 2170. Coated paper, varnish coating, bronze paste. Offset printing. Perforation: comb 12:11½. Size of the stamp: 50×37 mm. Print run: 228,000. Русский: Современное искусство Роcсии (продолжение серии). Ю. А. Орлов (род. 1957 г.). Служу Отечеству и спецназу. 2002 г. Картина изображает церемонию вручения крапового берета, высшей формы поощрения военнослужащих подразделений специального назначения Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации.
