Description
English: Printed by Litografias Unidas, La Paz.  · CE 392.  · The Rio Conference of 1942, originally called the third meeting of consultation between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the American Republics, was held from 15 to 28 January 1942 in Rio de Janeiro, with the intention of breaking the Diplomatic, commercial and other relations with the countries of the Allied, ones declared in the Second World War, so as not to intervene nor to risk their patrimony in an abrupt way by the war.
