English: Stained Glass window in Migvie Old Kirk Three stained glass windows trace three ages of Pictish stones in the vicinity, Pagan-Transitional-Christian. In the progression from arcane symbols to a decorative cross, the intermediate window shows 2 of the 3 lower figures disporting a fish (the symbol for Christ). To conform to planning regulations the windows are illuminated by a light-box, thereby maintaining the building's plain glass C18th exterior |
