Ehemaliges Verwaltungszentrum des Rentamtes, später kurfürstliches Regierungsgebäude (bis 1802), dann 1878-1934 Studienseminar, jetzt Stadtsaal, stattliches viergeschossiges Grabendachhaus mit Vorschußmauer und drei dekorativen Renaissancetürmchen, im Giebelfeld stuckiertes kurbaierisches Wappen Mitte 18. Jahrhundert, Innenhof mit Brunnen und mehrgeschossigen Renaissance-Laubengang, erbaut wohl 1551, spätere Umbauten; mit Stadtplatz 107, schmaler dreigeschossiger Satteldachbau mit Vorschußmauer, Giebelfeld mit Blendrahmen und Dachfenster, 18. Jh; mit Stadtplatz 109, Ehemaliger Gasthof Duschlbräu, von 1878-1934 mit Stadtplatz 108 Studienseminar, jetzt "Stadtsaal-Gebäude" mit Stadtbibliothek, dreigeschossiges Satteldachhaus mit Vorschußmauer und spätgotischem Portal mit profilierter Hausteinrahmung in Kielbogenform, offener Raum mit spätgotischem Kreuzrippengewölbe, im Kern zum Teil spätgotisch, sonst Umbauten des 20. Jahrhunderts.

Ehemaliges Stadthaus verschiedener Adelsfamilien, dann ab der zweiten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhundert Teil des Gasthofes Duschlbräu, jetzt Einwohnermeldeamt, viergeschossiges Satteldachhaus mit Grabendach und Vorschußmauer, barockes Portal, wohl von 1680, nach Brand unter Verwendung alter Bausubstanz 1914 wiederaufgebaut.
