[edit]DescriptionStadtpfarrkirche Steyr - Werndl-Fenster.png | Gedenkfenster für den Industriellen Josef Werndl und seine Frau Karoline in der Steyrer Stadtpfarrkirche. Von oben: Das „Auszugsbild“ zeigt die Ausgießung des Heiligen Geistes, gerahmt von Engelsköpfen und Architekturdarstellungen. Das Hauptbild ist dem Tod des Heiligen Josef gewidmet und die Scheiben seitlich und darunter den sieben Werken der Barmherzigkeit. Danach die Wappen Josef Werndls und der stiftenden Töchter Caroline Imhof und Anna von Lamberg, rechts und links befinden sich stilisierte florale Motive. Das schmale Band mit der Widmungsinschrift nimmt die gesamte Breite des Fensters ein. Ausführendes Unternehmen war Carl Geyling's Erben, eingesetzt wurde das Fenster im Herbst 1892 [1] |
